Sid, who came first to see what I needed was very friendly and thorough. I lost a $10 bill outside in my driveway and he was so sweet and honest to return it. Also, the guys who installed my furnace and A/C were very nice also and did a good job.
Metal masters is top notch. We had to have our furnace replaced and they made the whole process very easy from the consultation down to the actual install. Very professional service. Phil and his crew answered every question we had. Would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.
I had a new furnace installed in my home. I got bids from several companies. All the bids were comparable. Metal masters stood above the rest in the fact that they did a thorough check of all my vents. They measured things, they took the time to understand how my current system worked. Some other companies I received bids from literally walked to the basement looked at it and walked out. I also did a ton of research on hvac forums and looked at reviews and asked questions on Nextdoor. I learned that having the system installed correctly equated to longevity regardless of the system. That said, based on how Metal Masters inspected everything, I went with them. We had two inspections after the install, one from the building department and one from energy trust of Oregon. The inspector for energy trust of Oregon stated that the install looked fantastic, that he had seen some pretty shady installs, but ours was clean.

We had a new HVAC system installed by Metal Masters this past August, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From the very first conversation through installation and well beyond, every team member has been incredibly trained, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive. They were thoughtful before the install, meticulous during it, and just as attentive afterward — which meant everything to us, especially coming off the heels of a very poor experience with a different company in Klamath. Our install crew — Will, Adam, and Cade — were exceptional. They were friendly, respectful, and so comfortable to have on site that we actually looked forward to seeing them each day. We joked that they felt like extended family — more like nephews than contractors — and that kind of trust and ease is rare. Throughout the entire install, we felt confident and well cared for. And the system itself? Outstanding. Our Lennox system performs beautifully — whisper quiet, easy to operate, and we’re already seeing lower energy bills. It’s exactly what we hoped for and more. Metal Masters delivers excellence not just in their work, but in how they treat people. We would recommend them 10/10, every time, without hesitation
