Jacob was very courteous and friendly. Explained what was gonna happen before starting. Offered new services provided my Mcalls and asked if I wanted him to inspect. After inspection said I did not need the additional service. Wow! We will continue to use Mcalls in the future. Fast. Friendly. Clean. Service was no charge due to previous purchase. They called me to remind me about the free service. Again. Wow!

This was my 2nd time using McCall's. Alex was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had clearly and convincingly. The team at McCall's were very professional and clean during the installation itself. I originally thought their pricing was high, compared to my last purchase in 2020 for another home, but after receiving multiple quotes from other vendors, found them to be the most competitively priced. They also provided more options than the others I considered (good, better, best). I highly recommend McCall's for any of your A/C needs.
