Dick and his team did great work. They showed up quickly, assessed and resolved our problem professionally and without delay. Their price was very reasonable. Great team there, will have them back again for my next bad day, to help make it a better day.
Isaac from Family Hansen did an excellent job with our HVAC inspection and repair. He was thorough, professional, and very respectful of both my time and my home. He took the time to explain everything clearly, went over every option with us, and even called my husband at work to make sure he understood everything as well. That extra effort truly meant a lot to us. I really appreciated Isaac’s professionalism and attention to detail and would highly recommend both him and Family Hansen.
Anthony arrived promptly and was great to work with. He took the time to troubleshoot our heater issue and provided a very reasonable quote. When our tankless water heater failed, he was able to swap it out quickly and efficiently. He even let me purchase the heater at wholesale to avoid a markup, which I really appreciated. He’s coming back to install the comfort valve at a reduced price as well. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional—highly recommend Anthony.
