Tech Michael was wonderful. They had installed a shower faucet about a year ago and handle was coming loose. He showed me how to fix it, should it happen again. Then we were talking about how cold the water is that comes out of our kitchen faucet in the morning during winter and he recommended a relay from the hot water heater that would get us hot water at the tap within 30 seconds. Such a game changer. Use to turn on faucet and walk away for a couple minutes before it would get hot. Now it is almost instant.

Absolutely the best plumber I ever had. He noticed and fixed the problems no one else could solve. For 20 years other plumbers never could find which way my pipes were going. Seriously. They thought my pipes were going in the opposite direction from where they were actually going. Sounds unbelievable but it is sadly true. Steven had it figured out in less than 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say? Plus I got the most professional service you could imagine. That kind of service is almost to good to expect. I would never go anywhere but John's plumbing. First of all, I’ve always (several years now) had good experiences with John’s. They’re always responsive, professional, and diligent. I like that there’s no intentional confusion. They essentially say “here are pictures, here are OEM recommendations, here is where you are supposed to be, and here is where you are at” then proceed to explain things so you understand. Tremayne visited me today and upheld my opinion of John’s. He was nice, professional, and gave me several options that were clear cut. I appreciate that. I signed up for another 3 years of maintenance! John’s will be my AC company for the foreseeable future.
