My husband and I definitely recommend MB Plumbing, Heating & AC Repair (Family Plumbing)! We have had our home AC, HVAC replaced and recently repiped. Special thanks to Jason, Jacob, Elias, Jesus, and the installation crew for being very professional and knowledgeable. The crews that worked at our home left our home clean and they were very nice! Kudos to Family Plumbing!!! Well done.

I called for an advertised HVAC maintenance and water heater flush. Note: my heater worked great before calling, but I figured some preventative maintenance would benefit longevity. I left work early to be home within the arrival time frame. I received a call 2 hours into the appointment window informing me the technician couldn't make it. I rescheduled my appointment. At the next appointment, the technician opened up my heating system, took pictures, quoted me several hundred dollars to clean the blower wheel/housing, charged me $149 to order 3 new filters, and told me I would need to make another appointment to have the water heater flushed... At the third appointment I made with this company, my water heater was finally flushed, and a filter I ordered was installed. My water heater works great. My heater, however, now blows lukewarm air at best. Very inconvenienced throughout this ordeal and incredibly disappointed.
