I called for an advertised HVAC maintenance and water heater flush. Note: my heater worked great before calling, but I figured some preventative maintenance would benefit longevity. I left work early to be home within the arrival time frame. I received a call 2 hours into the appointment window informing me the technician couldn't make it. I rescheduled my appointment. At the next appointment, the technician opened up my heating system, took pictures, quoted me several hundred dollars to clean the blower wheel/housing, charged me $149 to order 3 new filters, and told me I would need to make another appointment to have the water heater flushed. At the third appointment I made with this company, my water heater was finally flushed, and a filter I ordered was installed. My water heater works great. My heater, however, now blows lukewarm air at best. Very inconvenienced throughout this ordeal and incredibly disappointed.
