Carlos has been out twice to service our Whirlpool refrigerator - a year ago to replace the ice maker, and last night to first troubleshoot why the fridge was not cooling, and then replace the defroster. He had to disassemble the fridge to get to the issue, it did not look easy, but he figured it out and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Matzer, Carlos is the best!

We were so pleased that Carlos could fix our Samsung fridge instead of just telling us to buy a new one. He was knowledgeable, his prices were reasonable and we will certainly call him again if another appliance needs repair.
