Tim did a wonderful job fixing my 2014 Whirlpool washing machine that performed brilliantly for 12 years until it didn't. He diagnosed the problem quickly as a malfunctioning control board that needed replacement. He then sourced and installed a new OEM control board. The washing machine has performed like new since his repairs. Tim is old school. Modest, punctual, gets the job done for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his service!!
Amazing! Called them and got a same day appointment. Tim came out and quickly fixed my dryer. Really nice guy- good pricing. Saved his contact in my phone because finding good quality repairs guys like him are hard to find.
We had a terrific experience with FixMe Appliance Repair! Tim was our technician, he was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He diagnosed our washing machine troubles, was the one to order the part, followed up to let us know when it would arrive, scheduled and completed the repair. He was efficient, answered my myriad questions with patience and good humor, and the price of the initial service call was deducted from the total price of the repair. We opted to add the service of cleaning out the dryer (disassembly and removing internal stuck lint) as well. Highly recommend Tim!
Monday morning my dryer started making a mean screeching sound. I called Tim after I got home from work and he said he'd be out the next day. He showed up on time and within probably 60 seconds had my dryer diagnosed and let me know he had parts to fix it with him. 30 minutes later I was back up and running! Honest, hard working, competent, what more could you ask for! Easy 5 out of 5 review.
