Had a pipe burst at 5am during a cold snap, water went from the upper level all the way to the basement. EZ Flow was able to get somebody out to us super quick and there was great communication the whole time. Once he arrived he found the burst pipe quickly and was able to remove and replace the broken pipe with minimal damage to the ceiling and walls. Communication was clear during the whole process about what he was doing and why, so we never felt like we didn't know what was going on. Would 10000% use their services again and recommend

Amad was great, he came to the residence and reviewed the scope of work first and made some recommendations. Then we brainstormed on best action plan and he proceeded with the plan. The installation was well done and provided insight on how to maintain it moving forward! Great work and happy with service!
