The overall experience was good. The staff in the store was knowledgeable and friendly. The brand of furniture we purchased is known for quality and the overall cost with delivery was less than other locations. We set a delivery date and time. They arrived a little early which was AWESOME. The delivery guys were very professional and kind. They did a good job. They also removed our old furniture.
Martin’s selection, sales, and service are 5 star. Diane helped us find the perfect Sterns and Foster. Brenton and Tristan carefully carried this 180 pound mattress up to the second floor and had it on our frame in the blink of an eye.

The headboard I purchased is high quality and a great sale price. It took 3 weeks to arrive, just as they estimated. The best part of the transaction was the delivery. Miles and Luke are two impressive young men. They were attentive to, and professional with, the install. But mostly they are just good people. We chatted about their education and career plans. And they were interested in my input as well. You don’t always encounter these positive traits in younger people these days. My highest compliments to Miles and Luke. I’ll definitely go to Martin’s for future furniture needs.
Martin's cares about their customers My 12-year-old adjustable bed frame stopped working when the bed was at a very uncomfortable setting. I purchased a new frame and they installed it 3 hours later! I am super impressed with their customer service. And the delivery guys did a great job getting the old frame out when it wasn't flat and easy to move.
