This past week my experience with William Masters, Inc. was the best outcome I could have asked for in my situation. I'm extremely grateful for how Tech Trever gave me options for fixing the furnace. Trevor was kind and helped me make the right decision to look at the purchase of a new furnace, instead of getting a very expensive part for a 20yr old furnace that will continue to fail. Trever contacted Shawn in sales to have him come out to show me options of a new furnace. Thank You Trever for the guidance and insight you provided me! Tech's are the brains, and the brawn behind the scenes that get dirty and get it done! Shawn arrived right away to give me ideas on what to go with on new units. Thank you Shawn for helping me decide what to go with and what my needs were for my home! Tech's Gage, & Jordan, It was Great to have you build my new furnace! Without you as removers and installers of my furnace, life would be absolutely miserable! You are the grunts and gears that run the machines for the comforts of our lives! I thank you both very much! My furnace went out on Tuesday and the new furnace was installed on Thursday. I have heat again for my home! Each person I encountered during my furnace failure and rebuild was very knowledgeable, respectful, personal, and kind, that definitely helped relieve my stress over the week! I recently had an issue with my 20 year old furnace and decided that I wanted a new one that matched my Trane Air Conditioner. I called Wm. Masters, Inc and had them come out for an estimate. They came out promptly the next day and gave me an estimate. They were not a hard sell and were no pressure in their approach. i felt their professionalism shine through. I decided the estimate was fair and within my budget and I made a deposit later in the day at their office outside of Bloomington. I had been gone only a few minutes and got a call from Masters, Inc. to set up my appointment to install the furnace the very next week. What a surprise! The time passed quickly and on the day of the install, they came promptly around 8 AM and 4 trucks pulled up outside. I was very impressed, and pleased how friendly they all were. In no time at all the old furnace was sitting outside on my lawn and I barely heard them all morning as they put in my new Trane furnace. Jordan and Tanner worked like the team that they were. They were capable and professional. By 1:10 pm they were finished and cleaning up after themselves. I must say this. I had no idea there were businesses that were this professional in this day and age. I totally trust them and will call them if I ever have any issues or needs with my HVAC System. If a business could earn more than five stars, The Wm. Masters Company would certainly earn more. Thanks to Jordan and Tanner and all of the professionals and plumbers who came to install my Trane furnace and new humidifier. You did one stand up job!!! I could not be more pleased with the entire service team. You are truly genuine professionals. It is clear to see how you care about what you do. You are all an asset to your company. Steve D. Wm Masters installed a new HVAC system in October. Shawn was the project specialist and my first contact. He came out and was very knowledgeable at explaining the different systems and what would work best for our house. He was able to answer any questions I had. Felt very good with the different prices he quoted for the different systems. Tanner and Jordan were the installers. They were super courteous. They explained how the install would go for the day. After completing the installation, they made sure everything was cleaned up. They made sure to show me the new HVAC system and explained how it worked. Install went great. As I’m sitting here writing this on a cold November day enjoying the quiet efficient running furnace, I can Highly recommend Wm masters.
