I had a rental agreement for a truck from a different company with everything packed and everyone lined up for a move, and the other company didn’t have the truck I had reserved! Doll Furniture was amazing and friendly and helpful and put us into a truck in order to get my son’s things taken to him. I highly recommend Doll Furniture’s U-Haul business.
Fantastic costumer service! After I had rented a dolly trailer for my car with my U-Haul rental, we found out that my car wasn't going to fit. He was able to work it out with U-Haul for me to drive the truck to my new location and then bring it back all without paying more, plus a refund for the trailer. This ended up saving me an extra trip and some money. Very pleased and highly recommend!
Rented our U-Haul from this location. Clean equipment and friendly, helpful employees. Unfortunately they did not hook up hour trailer correctly and we had to stop in Champaign Illinois to get it corrected so the car didn't fall off! If not for the trailer issue, I would give this place 5 stars.
I rented a uhaul trailer. Service was efficient and very pleasant. The trailer had zero issues they even saved me a few bucks because i had reserved a trailer that was more than i needed and a smaller one was more than sufficient. The return the next day was just as great. I will definitely use them again.
