Communication is the absolute worst. You dont even speak with the company, rather a middle man. Tech, who was great and this review is not about him, came to look at my washer on the 9th, last Tuesday. Ordered parts and indicated it would be a Fri or Mon return to repair. Never received a Communication on when tech would return so Mon morning I called and spoke to the middle man who confirmed part has arrived and would be Tues or Wednesday. Explained I was not available Tuesday afternoon but am available all day Wednesday. Received a voice message that they did not have any availability Tuesday morning so it would be Wednesday. Here we are on Wednesday and I have yet to receive any Communication on when tech will arrive. I call them again to confirm and the middle man says its now going to be Thursday, which again im not available in the afternoon. So unacceptable! I will nit be working with them again.
