What these guys charge should be illegal. Took my truck in for some suspension work, after a $185 diagnostic fee they quoted me a crazy price. They also recommended a new air filter for $73 ($20 on Amazon for the same Fram filter) AND THEN $55 to install it. WHAT? This isn't some exotic filter, it's an F150 - takes about 2 minutes to install if you take your time. The suspension parts were quoted at about $620, I can buy the same parts (good quality Detroit Axle parts) for $130. Then they want an insane amount for labor ($758 to install 2 lower ball joints). I always try to support small local businesses but not this time.

I can’t say enough kind words for this service center. I am in town from out of state for work and needed an alignment badly, I already went to 3 other places who wouldn’t do it claiming the tires were too wide, their alignment machine is too old, etc. Finally I found this place and man were they all a breath of fresh air. They were a little confused as to why other places were saying it was too wide because it’s standard width but that’s okay! That’s the other locations loss because I wouldn’t have found this place had they not turned me away. They got me in and out in about an hour. Jamie did the alignment, took it for a test drive, came back and made a few adjustments, did another test drive then it was done! Jamie, Cathy, and Ron were incredibly helpful, friendly and every other great description you can think of. While I may be in from out of town, I will recommend our company and my coworkers to use them as often as possible!
