Dealing with Lon was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I received an amazing deal on a scratch n' dent laptop that met all of my needs. If you're anything like me... and you don't mind a small cosmetic abrasion on a refurbished laptop that's a proven workhorse.... then Mark's Computers is worth a visit. Fix my pc multiple times and no over charge
Awesome local small business!! I needed one tiny piece no one else in town sold without buying a large set of pieces. He found exactly what he needed off his spare parts and saved me time and money!! Definitely support local and use this place for buying and repairing your used computers, Mac’s and laptops!!
I bought 2 servers from Mark's Computers and they are screaming fast and have been running for years. MC is my first stop without question. If you need a computer at an affordable price, MC is the place especially for a high quality MACs. Keep in mind, this is largely a two man operation with extensive hours. One is out buying stock much of the time and the other the repair guy. They cannot be around every minute of the day though they are most of the time. And since Leighty's is open and MC is not, it can be deceiving thinking that MC is open. Go during a week day or if you go on a Saturday go earlier in the day. I too have waited when MC was closed. It is worth any wait or coming back another day. MC is just that good! I plan to buy a MAC and some extensive hardware very soon. I will see you there!
I brought my laptop in because my kids messed up my password and I had no access to my computer... I brought it in on a Saturday evening and it was ready Monday! It was a holiday weekend as well, so I was not expecting such fast service. The price was also very reasonable... I also lost my charger cord and he had a universal one for sale. Now, the charger cord I could have bought at Walmart for half the price, but since it is a local business and I am sure COVID has impacted his work, I just bought it from him. As far as I can tell everything is working great. I have to really look at it closer, but I don’t expect to have any problems. I would recommend Mark for any computer repair. Fast & friendly service
