Link Service Heating & Cooling were outstanding from start to finish. All phases start by calling ahead and they always arrived promptly. Josh was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain and make sure I understood.. John called and advised that the equipment was ordered and when it should arrive in their warehouse. John also called the day before installation to make sure everything was okay. On installation day, Luke called to let me know he was on his way. In all there were three men who came and removed my old furnace and installed the new furnace. All in All I can not say enough about this company. You may be able to get a new furnace installed cheaper, but as the old saying says "You get what you pay for". I am very glad I went with Link Service Heating and cooling. We hired Link Service to install a brand mini split system in our home after my in-laws had a positive experience with them. We had a faulty, budget system that was loud and failing for cold winter weather and causing us a lot of stress. From start to finish, Link was prompt in sending a rep out (Josh), who was great, and gave us multiple options for new mini split installs in our home. We chose one of the Carrier packages. They were quick to get an install appointment, and understood the urgency and discomfort we were experiencing with our old system. In a little over a week, they had a brand new system ordered for us, and sent out their techs Nick and Arlo to install it. They were very kind, professional, and did excellent work. It took them only one day. The mini split installation both inside and out of the house is flawless. As someone who appreciates and understand this field of work, the mini split is installed neat and straight, all of the wiring and plumping is kept in neat line covers, and the outdoor condenser was neatly mounted onto a slab out of the way, with very clean electrical work. They took all the stress away from myself having to deal with any of this. Most importantly, the unit runs super quiet, throws heat at you, and works great. I highly recommend Link for your heating and cooling needs. They offer affordable financing and are S-tier for HVAC in the Johnstown area in my opinion. If you want the best and never have to worry about your heating and cooling agin, these are the guys to call.

Tyler and Alex were both professional and courteous while competing the job quickly and efficiently. They made sure my family had heat that day which was great because we were expecting a really cold weekend! Everything has been running smoothly since the install and there are no complaints and it’s been about two weeks as I didn’t want to rush and review something before testing it fully! Satisfied and will be recommending to everyone.
