We have been a satisfied customer at MMG for about 13 years or so. We have leased both our Cars from MMG and every experience has been excellent!! We also service our cars at MMG. Now the best part!! LUKE! I can’t sing enough praise for Luke. He is pleasure to do business with. I never have to wait long for service and it’s done right the first time. Luke is the first person you see when you enter service so his job is important because of that. And let me laude him again! Luke is the epitome of a friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. Do business with the dealership it will put a smile on your face.

I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. The purchase agreement was that an alignment would be done, however, it was done incorrectly. When I called to complained, I spoke to the manger (Joshua) who said to bring it back in and he would ensure it was done correctly. Upon fixing the alignment job, they discovered my battery was overdue for a replacement. They replaced it for free, same day!!!!! I was extremely impressed and it definitely made up for the previous alignment job. I was told a young, new employee had done it the first time- everybody has to start somewhere I guess. When the work was done, Joshua and I went on a test drive to ensure I was happy with the work done. Although I was upset about the first alignment job, they worked very hard to correct their mistake. It’s also cool they include a free car wash with every service!

I am a very fair critic and this will be an honest review. If you are looking for a good experience with the guarantee of satisfactory service, MMG is the best in town. The service guys Leo Hess, Roger Fisher, and of course the man with “the plan” Dave James. These guys are exceptional and very professional. Their productivity and sense of urgency to fix my car issues was outstanding. I would recommend this business from buying a car to service department. Give them a call( tell em April sent ya)…
