Manchester automotive

On October 31, I stopped by Manchester Automotive and advised Jon that I was going on vacation from December 11, 2024 to December 19, 2024 if he had time to take care of some things on my work truck. He said that shouldn’t be a problem. December 7 I sent a confirmation message to confirm that he was still able to take care of the things on my truck as we discussed prior.he replied and said yes Dropped off my truck on December 6 and let him know the two major issues I needed addressed and all the other issues if he had time he has my permission to take care of, but if he didn’t have time to take care of the extras, that was not a problem as i understand other cars coming into the shop would probably affect getting everything done. He wrote everything down on his clipboard and check marked the two major issues I needed it done. On December 16 I messaged Jon at 7 PM asking if there was any updates with my truck after seeing multiple photos of work he was doing on other vehicles. On December 17 at 1 PM the next day I put a comment on his Facebook post of another vehicle he was working on and simply asked him if he got my message the night before. He automatically said he doesn’t answer phone calls after 6 PM and I understood that but still didn’t get a phone call or text message that following day and it was already 1 PM, so I just didn’t understand why he had not contacted me. He was very unprofessional going back-and-forth never admitting fault and then proceeded to send me a text message stating to come pick up my work truck and that he was going to leave my keys under the floormat. So I replied back and told him if anything happens to my vehicle knowing I’m on vacation and you’re just going to leave my keys in the my car and leave it out on the street that I was gonna come knocking at his door if something happened to my work truck. Then he went back-and-forth on Facebook calling me a girl because I was doing back-and-forth messages Come to find out he did nothing with my work truck so it was at his business for one week. I was coming home in two days with nothing done to my work truck. Extremely unprofessional I have all the screenshots of everything and I will never do business with Manchester Automotive . Now I have to wait till the end of the year for my work truck to get worked on Thanks Jon (I am not signed up to google so I’m using my daughters email address that’s already signed up) If I could give no stars I would on keeping my car for 7 days and not performing anything at all. Never mind his back and forth unprofessional comments/messages.

Jon has worked on my Jeep many times, She purrs thanks to him! As a woman I was afraid to get the run around, but Jon's prices are so amazing! He has walked me thru and showed me all that he's done, even taking the time to teach me about any work needed. I couldn't be more pleased and grateful for such a trustworthy, honest and good mechanic! Ladies, you can trust this man to be not only honest but through and damn good!! I have referred him to all of my family and now they too rely on his good services and recommend him to others!
