Overall, experience was good. Connor was professional and courteous. Only issue: I didn’t not receive a summary of work completed (written or verbal) and was not sent a link to the service video. I have an extensive history with the service department at Audi Fall River and I recommend their services. Solid customer service from someone who works in customer service.

From scheduling, to the complimentary pick up and delivery, Audi Fall River delivered top notch service across the board. Connor in service communicates exceptionally well and is a pleasure to work with. Sure there’s other dealers a lot closer to me, but Audi/VW will be my go to service center for all my future service needs. Highly recommend you give them a try-you won’t be disappointed!

Connor from the second I walked in the door was absolutely phenomenal. Professional, eager to help, responsive and knowledgeable. Took the already anxiety ridden situation on New Year’s Eve and made it a lot easier to end 2025. No one wants to deal with a SRS situation but they made it as pleasant as possible. My 2021 used Audi A6 All Road wagon which was purchased in Westwood Ma in November 2025 needed recall work for rear view camera software. Ray and Audi Fall River took great care of my Audi. They took my care at the scheduled time, and performed a 20,000 mile maintenance. My car also had a slow leak in one of the tires. They repaired that at no charge. Then, they sent me an up-close video walk around of the car, all clean, all good, great service!!
