Went here to the Fall River location for the first time to have a leak checked out. From the front area, Matt and Linzzi were warm, receptive and very knowledgeable. It was easy to get an appointment to put my car on a lift and do a thorough inspection to identify the problem and bring me in to view the issue. I asked for a few quotes on issues that need to addressed ASAP. Matt provided that for me and explained everything clearly. The mechanic that checked out my car was also friendly and quiet, but proficient. The front area was clean and inviting. There was a beverage area and a small restroom. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for service. My second visit was for one of the above mentioned issues to be repaired. Everything went perfectly! So happy to have this business to add to my 'go-to' for help and routine maintenance. I would highly recommend! My mechanic this trip was Mike. He was very nice and gave me a tour of the undercarriage of my car per my request, which was very helpful for me as I am a visual type. While I'm not looking forward to spending money fixing my car, I do look forward to working with a great team!!

This was an awesome first experience. I got a coupon in the mail for a great deal on a synthetic oil change. Had to cancel and reschedule. All communication was pleasant, fast and easy. They were accommodating to my tight schedule. On the day of service they offered for me come early if I was available but I was not and they were fine with that too. When we got there the staff were very pleasant and fun to talk to. Especially the woman running the front ( her name is slipping my memory). They are thorough and honest. When they come across an issue or something the vehicle may need unrelated to the service being done, they text a live photo of what needs to be addressed and then discuss a realistic plan and don't push and make is sound like it needs to be done right then like lots of places do. From beginning to end, this was a positive experience all around and I'll definitely be back for my next oil change and any other work needed. They earned my trust and respect! And they even told me if time is difficult for me in the future that I can drop the car off in the morning and they will drive me or Uber me to work or home and pick me up when it's ready. If i could give 10 starts I would because this was hands down the best experience I've ever had with anything automobile maintenance related since I started driving 30 years ago!
