Was able to see us same day, during a power outage, honest about what was needed and what wasn't, spent time teaching us how to use our new wood stove! Friendly and kind, and a bargain to boot! What a great experience Mama Bear made this for us!

They were even sweet to my bossy dog. Our chimney problem prevented us from getting a nonworking furnace replaced and the company prioritized our service need even though we were a new customer.
