Can't get a return service visit. Service man said I will be back in two weeks. After 6 weeks and numerous calls still no return call. Disappointed.

Had problem and they had a technical service out pretty quick. Researched the issue to our satisfaction. We have used them before, and would use them again but hope we don't need service 😉 😅 😬.

Have used them for years but recently service has declined. They are down to one technician and he was supposed to show up on a Saturday between 11:00-2:00 and I waited all day and they never even called to let me know what was going on. I will be finding someone else to service my appliances moving forward, and I would recommend you do the same!

I was impressed with the man doing the service call on our oven. I cannot remember his name, but he was kind, patient, respectful and knowledgeable. He showed up in a marked vehicle. The company even responded when I called the day before to confirm my appointment. They also stayed on the phone with me and walked be through the parts I had questions about. Their team is very patient. I really appreciated that.
