I had an issue with my dryer and was able to get an appointment pretty quick. The associate booking the appointment for me was very polite and personable. She told me, Elijah would be the technician assigned to our service. I received a couple of notifications prior to the technician arriving. Elijah was very polite and knowledgeable. He answered any question I had and addressed my concerns. I rarely experienced the level of helpfulness and customer service. I have used Mr. Appliance previously and cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend this company and Elijah and will use them for all my future appliance needs.

I definitely recommend these guys! I was very impressed with Mr Appliance. The staff was responsive, very courteous and worked with my crazy schedule. They arrived a few minutes early for their service appointment and finished very quickly. Kevin was great! He was knowledgeable and very courteous and personable. This was part of a home warranty claim so I didn’t actually pay them and can’t speak to the pricing, but I will be keeping their number for future repairs, and DEFINITELY recommend them! I was impressed from beginning to end - and no this wasn’t part of an incentive review - just an impressed customer!
