I’m so glad I reached out to Maine Yankee! Not only did Yancey do a stellar job in re-lining my chimney and sealing the bricks against moisture, but he also saved me $6,200! He’s clearly an expert, responded quickly, was quick to assess the need, and worked fast. I feel really good about recommending him. It’s always reassuring when you can speak to the expert directly. Another local company with a big overhead gave me an estimate for more than double even as I could only speak to office managers about my questions.

Called Yancy and he traveled over 90 minutes to get to us. Inspected the issue with our chimney, sealed it and also Inspected two additional chimneys as well. Honest and reliable. We run an antique Inn that is three stories high. No more worries or leaks. Thank you, Yancy for your professionalism. We have finally resolved the chimney issue at hand. Highly recommend.

I called for a chimney cleaning in February and Yancey gave me an excellent quote on the Job. He was very knowledgeable about my furnace,wood burning and prevention of creatsote build up . He completed the job promptly and efficiently. I found him to be very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend him and his services.

Yancey is one of the most honest, hard working servicemen in this area. He will never sugar -coat or over sell you, but instead give a full and honest assessment of your situation. He is also very willing to work with your own needs and financial situation. He is a busy as the rest of them and you should make time to schedule an appointment but has, in the past, dropped everything to give me, as an existing client, same day service in an extreme emergency situation! I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone needing general cleaning maintenance or chimney repair!! Kind, friendly, dependable, knowledge!
