Ive used Maine Septic & Pumping since purchasing my home and they have been nothing short of wonderful. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Tom didnt know but a well played joke absolutely made what was a very difficult day, a little bit better and I want to thank him for the laugh. I needed it.
I’m so incredibly grateful to Maine Septic & Pumping. My experience with two other companies was a no show, no call & another refusing to come out to my house. They were incredibly knowledgeable, informative, timely & kind. Every person I spoke with was great. They said if they couldn’t help me they would at least help me find a solution. Tommy surveyed the situation, we discussed options & he got it pumped. I really appreciate his patience, experience determination to get the job done. We made a plan going forward. I’m so glad I called them.
I would highly recommend MS&P! We had a serious leach field issue which cause a septic back up into our home. One of the owners, Tom responded to my call within minutes. He scheduled me within 12 hours. He was here when he said he would be. He clearly explained the issue and drained our two tanks. He was so pleasant and professional to deal with. We will be customers for life. Thank you!
