I've been to Dustin a couple of times now. Once to upgrade my PC using parts from another and frankenstein the computer. He was excellent to work with. Very quick and responsive throughout the entire process. More recently I had a PC that was not booting up. He had the problem figured out and fixed in a matter of a couple hours.
I have had multiple issues with my desktop - hard drives, graphics card, power supply - Dustin is responsive, direct and quick. I've gone back to him for every issue I've had and while I hope I don't ever need his services again, if something else goes wrong I'll 100% call him.
I was recommended Dustin by another customer who had a good experience with him, and that recommendation was right on the money. My computer was experiencing a cascade of problems starting with a broken casing due to charging port issues and ending in a broken hinge that left the screen flopping wildly. I honestly was thinking this was probably it for the PC, but Dustin had it completely fixed in just a few days. Highly recommended: he's easy to work with, knows his stuff, and very professional.
Dustin was incredibly kind and very good at keeping me informed about the state of my laptop and how the repairs were coming along. It was also very affordable and easy to communicate with him. I would definitely be going to them again if I have any future computer problems, and would recommend them to anyone who has computer problems in the area.
