iCell Hawaii Maui’s Best Cell Phone Repair, Sales and Accessories Center

i just recently had my screen repaired at there location in the mall. Within 2 weeks the screen went black and would not function. I went and asked if they would fix the issue obviously they did something wrong and the lady said that it's too late already. 2 weeks! really? a screen repair should last much longer then 2 weeks. This place is a scam. After they turned me away and would not help me after I had just paid them 200$ 2 weeks ago! I went to Maui cellphone repair off dairy road and they fixed my phone and told me that ICELL Hawaii installed a defective screen! Maui Cell phone repair gave me a lifetime warranty and only charged me 160$. I have a big following on social media and will be putting you guys on blast there as well. DO NOT GO HERE!

I came in on a Saturday with my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen completely yellow. The shop is open every day and they accept walk-ins, which was super convenient. In about 1 hour, my phone was fully repaired. We were helped by Maia, who was really friendly. Since we came all the way from Napili, she kindly gave priority to our device. The total cost was around $200. They charge a $50 diagnostic fee, but if you go ahead with the repair, that amount is deducted from the total. The only downside is that the screens aren’t official Apple parts, and you can feel they’re a bit slower to respond, but that’s the tradeoff for paying less than at Apple
