I called about 5 Stucco contractors and Tomasz is the only one who came out to even look at my house and the project. The rest just wanted pictures and were saying it could be this or that. My repair went beyond just stucco and what was behind also had to be repaired. Tomasz and his crew came next day and did an amazing job and somehow made it look like nothing happened. I can not begin to express how happy I am with the work by Tomasz and his team. From promptly coming to our house in order to provide an estimate to the final repair, Illinois Stucco far exceeded my expectations. We needed caulking for the majority of our windows and repair of a stucco panel with patch work for woodpecker holes and repair of the dryvit trim on multiple windows. They perfectly matched the exterior colors and you can not tell where the repairs were done. On top of their professionalism and quick turnaround time, Tomasz provided the most competitive pricing in the North Shore area. If you are hesitating to complete a stucco repair project like I was, please hire this company. The whole process was as efficient and worry free as any home repair can get—you will not regret it!
Thomaz was great- he helped repair cracks in our stucco, added flashing over windows, and painted the stucco. The new work matches perfectly- I can’t tell where the patches are! Also he was very patient while we were choosing the new color. Looks great. Reasonable pricing. Would definitely hire again.
