Worst experience with a locksmith ever. Simple lock out. Dispatch lady said lockout start at $80 and have fees and labor decided by the tech they send. Kid shows up. Spends 17 seconds opening my door. Then quotes me $270 dollars for a door pop. I could understand that price if I had lost the key and needed a new one. But instead I was charged almost $300 got a simple door pop. Dont use this company.
I just had the best experience with Ben. He’s so kind, professional, knowledgeable and proficient at his job! He knew exactly what was going on with my tricky old house locks and was able to keep the cost down while giving me a great recommendation for an updated and secure lock, AND he was able to utilize my 1950s deadbolt and make it functional again! He’s smart, quick and I felt super comfortable having him in my home. I will never use another locksmith, and I’m telling everyone about Ben. Thank you so much!!
