I just wanted to show appreciation for an employee that went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Stan helped us at the paint department and was super friendly and helpful. He helped us get exactly what we needed and was super polite and understanding! Thank you Stan for being the person you are!

We went to the service desk just about 1pm on a Friday. Kid was on his phone ignoring us and said he couldn't help us because he was on lunch. He said no one else couldn't help up either because they all went home for the day!!!

The store is awesome,the appliance guy was top notch but the Delivery Service that Lowes farms out to the cheapest people is absolutely GARBAGE,the drivers are RUDE unprofessional terrible at driving. I lost a full day's wages waiting for them on two different days the driver said he couldn't make it up the driveway which is ridiculous since I own personal trucks bigger than the delivery truck up the driveway daily with ZERO problems,driver refused to listen to instructions how to get here on the phone,went to the neighbors house got stuck ,mad ,cussed me on the phone then left refusing to deliver to my house. So now I lose 2 4 hours days of wages. The store said I can't cancel my order thru them it has to be thru the delivery service which is also crazy being that I purchased it at the store ive been a Lowe's customer for over 30 years but this is the final straw with these deliveries so I'm cancelling my accounts and going to Home Depot or Menards, switching to contractors was the worst mistake Lowes has ever made,look the internet is FULL of unsatisfied customers because of the delivery problems alone.

Navy Veteran with the camo vest who worked the electric aisle was absolutely helpful and delightful to talk to, I believe his name was Dan...other than that store was empty of customers but filled with employees but no one asking to help you as they are to busy flirting with one another. Worse yet, at check out, the elderly lady was rude and seemed bothered by me. How though? I was in self check out! I only asked if she needed to see my military ID for verification as the monitor requested me to. She took deep breaths and talked under her breath.
