Honest Fred's Flooring

We are happy with our flooring. The installation team did a good job. However, I was disappointed with the communication with Honest Fred's. They didn't let us know when the flooring was in. We had to call and ask. Then it took quite awhile for the installation to be scheduled. Then the install team arrived 45 minutes early and acted like they weren't going to wait very long when no one answered the door. They also installed a piece of quarter round that blocked a closet door from opening that we had to fix. Based on what we paid for this flooring, I expected better.

Your team which consisted of a father/son/daughter and a talented young man entered our home RIGHT ON TIME. I asked them to remove shoes on our carpet in front of door which they did immediately. I said it's on your worksheet. The father said very politely we will have to have them on when we do the carpet. They all worked non stop. No breaks. I offered water bottles but the dad said " thank you for offering,but we have all we need in our truck." We had drop cloths all over our floor because it was hard wood. That is something you could address with them for future installations. Moving furniture and repositioning it when done, the carpet and wood flooring in bath/closets was OUTSTANDING! Leah was very kind also, as well as, the man who came to measure our rooms. We definately appreciated his daughter sweeping and cleaning up she did not only in our house but garage as well.
