LOPCO was a great company to work with! They painted the exterior of our house and did an excellent job. The crew was friendly and very accommodating throughout the process. When we realized we weren’t happy with the deck and door colors, LOPCO repainted both without charging us anything extra. Communication was easy once the project started, and the team was responsive to our questions and requests. The only feedback for improvement is that we would have appreciated knowing more about the work plan steps ahead of time, including how long each phase would take and what to expect next. Overall, we are very satisfied—the quality of their work is outstanding, and they are the only company in our area offering a 5-year warranty! We would definitely hire them again.

LOPCO contracting repaired a damaged bathroom ceeiling and installed 2 exhaust fans in bathrooms where others told me 'not possible'. They fixed some electric issues too. I live on Block Island. The work was at a rental home and they accommodated the rental availability. They communicated well, cleaned up after themselves and even helped with a small unplanned task. Grateful for Tom, Paul, Joey, Hector and the others. Excellent work.
