I don't normally leave reviews but the service Puritan Restoration provided needed to be shared. I recently had a sewage backup in my newly finished basement. Needless to say it was traumatizing. I called Puritan and they had a crew at my home within 90 minutes. They explained the process, assured me they would take care of it , and they did. They had the mess cleaned up within hours. My project manager stayed in constant contact , dealt with my insurance company and helped to settle my claim quickly. The clean up went so well, I decided to use them to rebuild the damage. They were amazing, they finished my reconstruction within a few weeks, on the to.wline they promised and my basement looks better than ever. I want to give my deepest thank you to the Puritan team. I would highly recommend using Puritan to anyone facing a disaster, you will be in good hands.
