Bill and the team were fantastic! When I met with Bill for the final walk through of my "pack and clean" items due to heavy smoke damage, he pointed out several other things that needed to be done in my apartment in order for it to be safe to occupy. Because of Bill's extensive experience in the field, he gave me advise on other things that needed to be done. Going so far as agreeing to meet with and talk to my building manager. As a result, I took his recommendations to my insurance company and my building manager, and they agreed to perform the additional work Bill suggested. I really feel that during that stressful time of the fire, Bill was my only advocate to ensure I would be going back to live in a safe environment. Plus he is a really nice guy!
