Install team showed up promptly and started replacing the furnace, they explained what to expect while they were here. They cleaned up very thoroughly and explained the work they had done, and how to change the filters, care for the humidifier and operation of the thermostat. Was very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Logan Services did a fantastic job assessing my heating problem with my 31 year old Trane furnace. It was discussed with Anthony (repair) what my options were and he was honest and friendly trying to find the best solution for me. Brett came shortly after and was extremely thorough and a pleasure to work with when deciding which new furnace to get. Professional work! Replaced our 21+ year system and identified a coolant line that was too small per new code. Work was completed in 8hrs. Including stringing a new coolant line without breaking through walls. They cleaned their area and hauled the old systems away. New "Trane" system is definitely superior.
