I went to get my screen fixed and once he was finished, he told me to get a new sim card which doesn't make sense because it was fine before he fixed it. He damaged my sim card! I asked him to help me with reactivating a new one or something since he broke my original and he couldn't help. Walmart couldn't help me either because that's where I originally got the phone. Now I haven't been able to have service on my phone it's very inconvient! He did give us a free case but my phone ain't been right since SMH

Brought my phone in for screen repair for a iphone se 2020 he put a iphone 7 screen on it (didnt notice until after) told me my home button wouldnt work because IPHONE SE SCREENS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IPHONE 7!!! he told me the screen was free and it was my fault for my cracked phone that WASNT CRACKED AT ALL NEAR THE HOME BUTTON!!! And told me he would give me a new phone MY EXACT PHONE FOR 100$ he gave me a USED IPHONE 7 100gb my phone is 256!!!and when i called told me i didnt “pay for the screen”EVEN THOUGH HE TOLD ME IT WAS FREE BECAUSE HE MESSED UP!!! BAD COMPANY THEY FLOOD THEIR REVIEWS WITH FAKE REVIEWS, now i have to buy a new phone, REMEMBER TO REPLACE OTTERBOX CASES, mine broke after a few years in case, and now im dealing with THIS!!!

Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Their prices are fair and their work was superb and efficient. Will definitely return if needed. Had a battery replaced on an iPhone. Works great now!

Me and my husband went in there today because his phone needed a new charger port. The gentleman (I didn't get his name) replaced the port in less than 20 minutes. This is our 2nd time there over the years, and definitely recommend!!!
