We had a long standing issue with water getting into our homes basement walk in crawlspace. After 4 or 5 quotes, we settled on Local Roofing and Construction because they simply brought more to the table than all of the other folks we spoke with. We needed additional gutters and a foundation French drain to evacuate the rain water for away from the house. The project manager Jose is super knowledgable, he is friendly, easy to talk to and never once pressured us or tried to upsell anything. Jose involved us in the process every step of the way and used our suggestions when they were appropriate. The work is now complete and we could not be happier. The men that did the work have my utmost respect, some of the hardest working guys I have seen and they knew what they were doing. The job was done on schedule, on time and on budget. The work quality is top notch! Do yourself a favor and hire Local Roofing and Construction for all of your home needs. They will be my go to crew for any future work.

We recently used Local Roofing and Construction to rebuild our mailbox after it was hit by a car. Everyone we dealt with from Julianne the office manager to Asher their project manager was very professional and helpful. We had a different style of mailbox that included glass blocks and wanted to go back with the same look. The brick masons did a great job matching the brick and rebuilding the new one that looked pretty much the same as the one that was demolished. Great job and a great crew. I would definitely recommend Local Roofing and Construction and use them again in the future.
