Johnnie Oldham with Arkansas Construction and Remodeling added a covered porch to our house, and we highly recommend Johnnie and his crew. We are very pleased with the outcome. We told Johnnie we wanted a large porch to host our family and to have a place for our grandchildren to play, and he helped us work out what that would look like. We wanted half walls with wood louvers on the sides of the porch and didn't know if that was possible or could be built, and he did it, and it turned out great. Johnnie was great. We worked collaboratively to build our retirement dream pool pavilion. The pavilion included a full bathroom with an outdoor shower, kitchen and relaxing seating that has a twin size swing and double sided fireplace. Johnnie worked hard to accommodate all of my ideas and designs. He has even gone above and beyond to answer any questions I have had after the job was completed. Thanks for building us a place where many memories have all ready been created and many more to come.

Arkansas Construction and Remodeling completed a sunroom addition to our home this spring. Johnnie was so great to work with. Always professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. His crews were prompt, respectful and showed up when scheduled, which is somewhat unusual in the construction world from our experience. I can’t say enough Good things about Johnnie and his crew. They totally remodeled a bathroom in my father-in-law‘s house that turned out beautifully. It first started out as a simple leak fix and bathtub replace but we kept adding things and Johnnie was always so gracious and accommodating with every step we added.
