My family used this company for at least 15 years, across multiple homes and businesses. We don’t trust anyone else for security systems. The owner is a great guy, knows his stuff, and went above and beyond more than once to take care of us. He even found us the best options when we moved out of state. If you’ve got him as your security advisor, you’re set. Just don’t move because he’s impossible to replace. 🥲
I requested a new dvr recorder from Interactive Solutions after tech support said it was no good anymore. They ordered one right away but unfortunately it was delivered and put in front of my garage door instead of the front door, so it was run over and damaged. Interactive Solutions ordered a new one from the manufacturer and another got shipped right away and delivered the RIGHT WAY! Everything is working great now. Great Customer Service is very important to me!
Steve and Billy have really helped us out over the last year, completely overhauling our camera systems at both locations. Service is fast and affordable and most of all professional. We will confine to use them for our camera needs.

They also do excellent camera work. Their camera systems have the clearest view I've seen. Hope you give them a try you won't be disappointed!
The technicians had me all set and all was working great until I changed my wifi password on my own after a few weeks. I could not get my cameras to work after that. This is a second home for me so I am not there during work hours. I had to contact the company owner who called the technician. This was in the evening on a weekend. They were able to walk me through the steps to restart them. The technician was nice enough to give me his cell number. I had another question the next weekend and had to bother him again. He was very helpful and it was again a night on the weekend. Great service with this company highly recommend.
