Look elsewhere for window service none is offered here. All I got was lip service. I contacted them. June of 2024 been waiting this whole time for them to get me a glass sample for my home window frame kept saying it's coming on the truck from Texas. Then, no response after inquiring about my window numerous times. Finally got to the point where I said, just give me my window frame back I will take it to a different glass company, they still had it, at least that's what i was told. They recently moved to conway, and now they say my window frame got tossed in the trash? Excuse me but when and if ever were you going to tell me? I had to call again today, finally someone answered. Mind you the heavy set blonde woman in the office is very forgetful was supposed to drop it off at my house months ago never happened i even got the ol "i got covid I'm sorry" excuse and lies about the texts said back and forth I saved them all and I'll be at their new shop in conway with the police. They will be charged with theft and will also get the court process rolling for reimbursement. My ac and heat bills have been more expensive without a window. I'd give zero stars if it was an option. The severe lack of communication, professionalism and customer service from this company is truly astonishing. Someone named Rocky is supposed to call me about this loooong drawn out process we'll see. I will update my review if they replace my window.

Seeing a small company with excellent reviews, I called up A1 Windows. Our conversation quickly switched to text so I could send pictures of my broken window to get an estimate. Staci politely texted that they would have to get an estimate in person. I explained I was at work, but my house mates were home, and gave my address. To my surprise, when I returned from work, the window was already replaced! Now imagine my mixed feelings. On one hand, this was solved quickly as it possibly could be, and the craftmanship was amazing. My window looked better than before it broke in a single day. On the other hand, I had no clue how much it would cost, because I was not given an estimate and am unfamiliar with how much this service should cost. After extensive research, I found I should be charged around $500 for my particular replacement. When I received an invoice for $350, I was happy. Another customer may have been annoyed that they didn't get an estimate and couldn't shop around. But I don't mind this small mistake, given the high quality and efficiency along with the low price. I mean...I just wanted my window fixed, and they did exactly that.
