Great company! Very professional and knowledgeable about chimney interiors and exteriors, and gas furnace exhaust duct work. We had both furnace exhaust replaced and chimney recapped & repointed. A crew of four arrived early, and worked hard and fast all day, for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Living Wells! (next up, roof work)
Very positive experience . Having lived in Winchester, Va for over 23 years , I must say, we’ve had many horrific experiences with the local “workmanship”. Unreliable, unskilled and a general refusal to back up their poor quality work. This was NOT the case with Living Wells chimney. Professional, quality work and a crew that worked very well together. We found Living Wells Chimney Service responsive, professional and willing to provide information we needed to proceed with our chimney repair. The technicians were very careful in our home and did all they could to protect our home and furnishings, as well as explain all aspects of the repair. They provided pictures of our roof as the job progressed. I love supporting local businesses and this company was a good choice.
The Living Wells team who replaced my chimney liner was excellent to work with from scheduling the estimate to the end of the project. They were flexible with my schedule, took the time to explain every step of the process and answer my questions, and respectful of my space/time when they completed the work. Would definitely recommend them!
