Elmer was communicative and straightforward about the work that needed to be done. He saw problems that another contractor dismissed. He provided reasonable options for the repair at different price points and levels of durability that helped me feel that I wasn't being pushed into an overly expensive fix. His guys arrived and finished on time and were polite. Both the main roof and the porch roof look very much improved.
Mr. Calderon and his team worked excellently during the roof restoration and repairs. The time frame from scheduling to finish was great.
