Austin came over to my house and said I needed to get a new valve for my sink. He gave me a price and walked to his truck to get the valve. He didn’t have it so he’d need to go to Lowe’s and pick one up. Austin mentioned he had a busy day and I decided that maybe Wednesday morning would be best so he doesn’t have to rush. Austin offered Wednesday morning and I agreed. Well come Wednesday morning no call and no show to my house and my sink is still leaking. Absolutely terrible customer service and never make an appointment with someone and no call no show them. Bad business!!!

While on-site, Austin even took the time to show me a handy trick for fixing a jammed garbage disposal — a small gesture that went a long way. Plus, their annual service plan is reasonably priced and packed with value. Highly recommend!
