East Atlantic Plumbing was great to deal with. We were replacing some flooring and the installer noticed signs of potential water leakage. Fran was at the house within a half hour and spent quite a bit of time investigating whether or not there was an issue. He was extremely patient and informative and answered all of our questions, offering up multiple possible sources that we eventually ruled out. I will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing issues we might have.
This is the best plumbing company in the Wilmington area. They have done an extensive amount of plumbing for me. During the storm, I had a water line break, they were very responsive to come out and repair it. Very professional, very responsive, very reasonable charges. I have found no fault with their work or work ethic. They installed all the water lines from the house to the boat dock.
Our first on demand natural gas water heater, works great! Install crew was professional and efficient. Jesse was very informative and polite. The install itself was very well done and took 4 hours. We chose EAP because of their long standing reputation in Wilmington. I feel confident they will stand behind their product and their work. Would definitely recommend them to others.
