I had a dryer vent that needed to be cleaned. LenAire made the experience a great one, with everything being documented, and the original quote is what I paid. Their notifications were very helpful, as I knew who would be arriving and about what time they would be there. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Punctual, professional, pleasant. Extremely knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and why. Resolved issues. The weather (extreme cold, ice) kept Brandon from reaching us for a few days, but he stayed in contact with us until he could get here “in person.” Highly recommend this LenAire professional.
I have trusted Len Air and my technician, Dale Stephens for over 12 years. Len Air has promptly set up service times whenever I need them. And the service techs have always arrived as scheduled. Dale and the other techs are always clean, courteous and knowledgeable about my air and heating systems. They get the job done and never leave debris behind them for me to clean up. The most professional service vendor i have ever hired. From Jillian in the office, Jordan that came out to diagnose the issue and give options to fix, to the installation crew. Patrick was very good at explaining and showing what he was doing. The guys with him were all polite and extremely professional. I would recommend Lenaire to anyone.
