Great experience from start to finish. Michael came out and gave us a very thorough quote for a new system, explaining why he recommended the unit he did and provided options at multiple price points. Very quick service (the unit was installed 5 days later) from a polite and efficient crew. New system works great!
Donnie came out and serviced our furnace, this is part of our annual maintenance service package plan. Donnie was thorough and took pictures and explained all items. Due to some findings, Michael came out few days later for further investigation. So much was discovered this day based on how things were constructed in our house up in the attic. We received the best solution and the most practical solution as well. No gimmicks, no extra selling, all honesty and the best way to handle the issue. Very impressed, very satisfied with Central Aire Heating & A/C company. Happy for the switch to them now 3 years as a customer. Highly recommend!!!
I’ve been using Central Aire exclusively for so long that I have become friends with the technicians and know a little about their lives and families. They are always prompt friendly professional informative and genuinely kind, caring people. I’ve had my current units (that they installed) for approximately 20yrs, get them serviced twice a year, and although they’re limping along now, I always get an upfront honest assessment. I appreciate being aware of my options and have never been pressured to urgently replace them. I highly recommend !
These guys were very professional. Awesome quality work, very nice and polite, and left the area as clean as they found it.
Our system was installed by another company (whom I won’t mention) back in 2016 and we have had many problems since day 1. We hired Central Aire last year for our annual maintenance programs and their technician advised us of the issues with our system; our system when built had an enormously undersized intake and almost all of our duct work was either pinched off clogged or damaged. Central Aire quoted us a fair price to replace all the ductwork and plenums with an all metal system and fixed/upgraded our return. The installers were fantastic and went above and beyond IMO. They were honest, hard working, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They even came back another day to make adjustments as they said the pressures needed to be adjusted to be more efficient (I would have never known). Our air blows like it’s supposed to now and hopefully our HVAC will last a few more years than it would have before fixing these problems. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done for their systems. BONUS: I saved a good bit of money on the duct replacement for a discount by being a maintenance customer.
