Great service from great guys. Scott and his crew installed a new outdoor unit in under 2.5 hours. Scott was a true professional and effective at finding our problem. Alerted them of our issue and they were onsite in 24 hours with a new unit. Scott presented us with our options fairly and didn’t try to push the most expensive route. They even checked out our other unit for free while on site.

Brian and his new technician arrived within an hour of my call. Both were friendly, professional, and had great attitudes. They provided an R22 equivalent refill for my older unit, which helped keep it running while I plan for a replacement. The six-month warranty option was a great fit for my situation.
