Terrance and Chris from Lehigh Valley Chimney specialist came out and performed a very thorough inspection of my wood burning fireplace chimney as well as conduct a cleaning that left me ready to burn. The knowledge and experience allowed them to point out some important safety concerns based upon current regulations. Extremely satisfied. Terrence & Chris were amazing. I noticed a bit of water damage in the attic drywall, figured the shoddy flashing the flippers put up was failing. Turns out I needed a new liner, as well as the flashing. The guys went above and beyond, explaining everything to me. I had a good feeling, they know what they're doing and they're doing it right. I approved the estimate and they were able to do all the work immediately. No surprises, they were polite, and they cleaned up after themselves. Chris and Nick were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They took the time to explain throughly what was needed to restore our chimney. They showed us a real-time video of the current condition of the chimney and us with options on what a repair would entail and cost. We called Lehigh Valley Chimney for service on 1/22/26 and they came same day to check out our very old gas fireplace. With parts and labor it didn’t make sense for us to continue putting money into the system to repair it. I asked Chris and Mike how quickly they could insert a new wood fireplace for us which we have wanted since we moved into our home. On 1/23/26 they were inserting our new wood fireplace. They did an amazing job with installation, communication, as well as pricing for the new system. I would highly recommend them for any fireplace/chimney services!
