Really hate to leave a one star review after seeing all the other good reviews this was the reason l reached out to this company. This company Texted me on Tuesday evening 1/6/2026 and we had an agreement and a price and an appointment time for 9:00am Thursday morning 1/8/2026 everything seemed good. I was told throw text there was no appointments scheduled for that day that l was on the books, that they would call before or text before the start time to confirm, this was all in writing through text. Thursday morning comes around l go get cash, im waiting 9:30 rolls around l call them and its almost like they forgot about coming l was told he was in traffic headed to another job, l was asked what l was having fixed to text the address again so it would be at the top of his messages and it would be 12 before he could arrive. Texted the address, got a response that someone was coming to do some cleaning between 11-2:00pm that he was headed back home. It would be 2:30 but he would be there at 2:30pm 3:00pm rolls around l call I’m told the cleaners just left l apologize putting stuff back now l will call you before l head that way. It is now 9:21pm at night and l still haven’t received an update. I understand things come up but communication is key the fact that l scheduled a appointment a day in advance with a no show at all is really disappointing. If they couldn’t come at all or wasn’t planning to come, all they had to do was communicate that, that would not have been no problem at all. But me as the customer having to reach out to figure out what is going and waiting around is bad business, again l understand things come up but communication is key especially when you tell me you have me down for a scheduled time.
