Picked these two saddles up yesterday! Both new skirts with felt lining to include: strap holders, conchos, D rings and 1 set of stirrup leathers. They turned out beautifully! Thank you Leaning Oak Leather Craft! Highly recommended!

Michael made a saddle for my difficult-to-fit Kentucky Mountain Saddle horse. I had already tried several different brands of off-the-rack saddles, but none worked because Cyrus is uniquely shaped. Michael took MANY measurements to ensure it would fit horse and rider comfortably. I was able to get a beautifully made, comfortable saddle that was at or below the price of the off- the-rack saddles. If you are struggling to find the perfect fit, call Michael to have your horse measured and a price quoted for a one-of-a-kind saddle!

So happy with our new custom breast collar and bridle. They are absolutely stunning and such amazing quality. The color is even more perfect than I imagined and fits both of my horses perfectly. I wanted to re-fleece my 30 year old Billy Cook barrel saddle as there just wasn’t much left from the original synthetic wool. Not only did they do a PHENOMENAL job with real sheep skin, but Mike identified a flaw in the stirrup leathers from previous work that had been done that was causing some issues, and fixed it for me. My saddle rides better then ever and fits my hard to fit horse better than ever! I will definitely be using these guys for all my leather needs from here on out!
