Brought my laptop in thinking its only charge port was fried, expecting an expensive repair. They took one look at it, showed me that it had a (slightly less visible/more concealed) backup port I didn't know about. Refused to even let me pay the diagnostic fee I'd already agreed to, when they could have pocketed a repair fee as well. In other words, they solved my issue in five minutes and then refused to charge me for it. Very honest people, and I will use them again if I have any issues.
